Why do products arrive in different boxes?

Your order may arrive in separate shipments from various vendors because we sell on behalf of servaral companies.  So, when you purchase multiple items they may be shipped from different vendors that we sell for.  All of our vendors do guarantee quick processing and fast shipping.

What is our refund policy?

You may return new, unopened items sold by Minister2Kids within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.  A full refund will be for the product only and not the cost of shipping.    We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Minister2Kids does not accept returns of the following items:

• Items that have been opened
• Books - unless it is our error
• Downloadable products
• Gift cards and gift certificates
